What we collect

When you send an inquiry through the contact form we store the details you provide: your name, email, company or brand (where relevant), the direction of your inquiry, your message, and optionally your portfolio link, timing and budget range. We also keep the page you came from and the date, so we can understand which projects generate interest.

How we use it

Inquiries are used to answer you and to prepare a possible collaboration. They are not published, sold, or shared with third parties for marketing. Access is limited to the people responsible for partnerships, commissions and creative collaborations at Chak Woo.

Storage & retention

Inquiry records are stored on the company's server infrastructure and kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Analytical data is aggregated and cannot identify you.

Newsletter & subscriptions

The optional "keep me posted" checkbox on the form is a separate, voluntary subscription. Sending an inquiry never subscribes you to anything. Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link.

Cookies & analytics

We measure site performance with privacy-respecting analytics. Measurement starts only after you accept it in the consent banner. We never send your email, name or message text to analytics tools.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, request a copy, correction, or deletion, or withdraw a subscription - by writing to hi@chakwoo.com. We will confirm the request from the same address.
